Jennie Snyder

I've stood at many thresholds in my life. Each one involved risk, uncertainty, and a choice. Each one required putting something down — a role, an identity, a way of being that no longer fit. And each one held the possibility of stepping more fully into who I’m becoming.

Coming out to my parents at eighteen was the first time I risked stepping out of hiding. In that moment, I chose to tell my own story, not be defined by others. That choice put me on a path toward learning to trust myself -- and to heed that inner knowing. I'm still traveling this path. And, I offer this podcast to anyone standing in that space between who they've been and who they're becoming.

I am a leadership coach and the founder of Artio Coaching & Consulting, where I work with people navigating their own threshold moments. Drawing on over twenty-five years of leadership experience, I have learned firsthand that the most meaningful growth emerges from the inside out.
